Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rhc.ie (the "Site") and the engineering and management consulting services provided by Robert Harte Consult ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Consulting Services

Robert Harte Consult provides professional engineering, project management, and strategic consulting services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) between you and us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific SOW, the terms of the SOW shall control.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the Robert Harte Consult logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of us or our licensors and are protected by Irish and international copyright laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; and (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our liability for any claim arising out of our consulting services shall be limited as set forth in the applicable written agreement or Statement of Work.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ireland. Robert Harte Consult and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
